$28.00Join us Saturday Oct 12 for a day of Vinyasa and Vino at Federal Twist Vineyard! This all levels class lead by Susan Puleo begins at 11:00 AM at 8 Federal Twist Rd, Stockton NJ.
Tickets are $28 and include a guided yoga class, complimentary wine tasting & a FTV wine glass. Invite your friends and family to meet you after class to have lunch & enjoy the afternoon at the vineyard!
In this 60 minute class you’ll feel both energized and centered as you “flow” from one posture to another, breathing in the crisp country air. Stay and celebrate the weekend with a glass of wine, or two!
Please bring your own mat and any props needed.
