Federal Twist Wine Club FAQs

  • Who is eligible to join the wine club?

    Membership is open to adults aged 21 and older. You will need to sign up or log-in to complete the registration form with your contact details in order to secure your spot to be part of our Federal Twist Wine Club!

  • How often can I pick up my wines?

    Choose between quarterly or semi-annual pickups to match your preferences and schedule. You will receive an email notification when your pickup is ready including details on our quarterly member  "Pick-Up Party" events.

  • Tell me about the Wine Club Pick-Up and Party.

    We believe that the best way to enjoy our wine is together! For that reason, we have pick-up parties. 


    What is the party?  It's an exclusive event designed for our club members. It's a chance to meet our winemakers and staff, and be among the first to taste the newly released wines in your shipment.


    What if I can't attend? If you are unable to join us, we will hold your wines for you to pick up at your convenience during our regular business hours.


    Do you offer shipping? We do not offer shipping services for our wine club. The Pick-Up Party is a special benefit for our members to enjoy the wines and the experience in person.





  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept all major credit cards. Payment information is securely processed during sign-up and for each release.

  • How much does it cost to join?

    There is no cost to join our wine club and your benefits will begin immediately. The only financial commitment is the purchase of the club installments. 

  • How long does the membership last?

    Membership is continous, billed the 1st of each month of your release.  We ask that you make a 1 year commitment upon signing up.  If you need to cancel after your first year, please contact our team 30 days prior to the next release directly at: wineclub@federaltwistvineyard.com.
